By purchasing a ticket to this event, you (the Ticket Holder) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Event Details

This event is a charity launch party jointly hosted by Feel Good Collective (ABN 68 640 962 429). 100% of ticket sale proceeds will be donated to The What Were You Wearing Foundation. The event will take place on 4 June 2026 at a venue to be confirmed by the Organisers.

2. Ticket Sales: No Refunds Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, inability to attend, illness, travel disruption, or any other personal reason.

As all proceeds are donated to charity, refund requests cannot be accommodated once payment has been processed.

Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by the Organisers.

In the unlikely event that the Organisers cancel the event, ticket holders will be offered the option of a credit toward a rescheduled event or a tax-deductible donation receipt. No cash refunds will be provided.

3. Voluntary Attendance and Assumption of Risk

Attendance at this event is entirely voluntary. By purchasing a ticket and attending, you acknowledge that you are choosing to participate at your own risk.

The Organisers, their directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, and agents (collectively, the Released Parties) accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death that may occur to you or your property during the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss or damage arising from:

Slips, trips, falls, or other physical injuries sustained on the premises

Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or property

The actions or behaviour of other attendees

The consumption of food, beverages, or alcohol

Any pre-existing medical condition or allergy

Any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Organisers

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

4. Alcohol and Responsible Service

Alcohol will be available at this event. By attending, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own consumption of alcohol and for your own behaviour and welfare at all times.

The Organisers are committed to responsible service of alcohol in accordance with NSW Liquor Act 2007. Attendees who appear intoxicated may be refused further service of alcohol.

Attendees must be 18 years of age or older to consume alcohol. Proof of age may be requested at the door or when purchasing drinks.

5. Code of Conduct and Removal from Event

All attendees are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful, safe, and considerate of others at all times.

The Organisers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse entry to or remove any person from the event, and to revoke their ticket without refund, if that person:

Poses a risk to the safety, health, or wellbeing of themselves or others

Engages in aggressive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or antisocial behaviour

Is excessively intoxicated or under the influence of illicit substances

Fails to comply with reasonable directions from the Organisers, venue staff, or security personnel

Damages or interferes with property at the venue

No refund, compensation, or reimbursement will be provided to any person who is refused entry or removed from the event under this clause.

6. Photography, Videography, and Media

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by the Organisers or their representatives. These images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes by Feel Good Collective and The What Were You Wearing Foundation.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the Organisers at the event and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.

7. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the ticket purchase process will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and used solely for the purpose of administering this event. Your information will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

9. Acceptance

By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
